Kristin Cobble is the co-founder of Groupaya which specializes in helping groups, be they leadership teams, organizations or nations, more skillfully work together to create their desired future. As an organizational and leadership development consultant, for over twenty years she has partnered with leaders and their constituents to turn their visions into reality.  She passionately believes that when we design our meetings, our organizations, our work and our lives to support aliveness  (in individuals, organizations, communities and the planet), we all win!

Kristin has authored articles on organizational learning, systems thinking, conflict and coaching and has presented at multiple conferences. She is a graduate of Wellesley College and also studied at the London School of Economics and Political Science. She currently sits on the board of Global Footprint Network, an international environmental non-profit, whose mission is to enable a sustainable future where all people have the opportunity to live satisfying lives within the means of one planet.
